With Basketball being featured continually in the top 10 most popular sports in Australia (attendance, searched and participation), here at Fitness Alliance International, I decided to create a hub for players to develop themselves through the 6 Pillars of the Whole Player Model, namely Skills, Mindset, Nutrition, Recovery, Self-Management and Relationships.
Each of these pillars is dynamically connected and flows into and through each of the other Pillars, to strengthen the player in all areas
