Day one...DONE!

The first day of the FIRST Universal Basketball Camp went off with just a couple of hitches.

We had some truly committed young players come and prove themselves and push through physical pain (mostly because they're not used to #camplife), frustration and personal mental boundaries to help make themselves better players.

Patricia Frederick from Warmly Nourished showed us some food magic and blew some minds with some of the information she shared regarding how to satisfy mind and body with food, whilst only consuming what we need, not overeating.

We absolutely worked through all 6 pillars of the #WholePlayerModel - Skills, Mindset, Nutrition, Self-management, recovery and relationships.

Day 2 is bound to be better
