Universal Basketball Camp

Day two and our final chance to really make a difference in these young players' games, we were hit by a very warm day with high humidity so we needed to take more recovery time and breaks between skill drills.

Patricia from Warmly Nourished joined us for little and big lunch and taught us about micro and macro nutrients. These players were pretty switched on though and already had a lot of the answers to the quizzes. We all enjoyed the Apricot bliss balls and tomato and goats cheese pasta that were made (and so did the stadium staff).

We. Got to share some of our training principles with the Under 14 girls team that were running a morning camp on adjacent courts.

We are looking forward to future collaboration with Ipswich Basketball Association and their associated clubs.

Keep an eye out for after school basketball coaching clinics!
