Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Universal Basketball Camp By enrolling in Universal Basketball Camp provided by Fitness Alliance International, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment 1.1 All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first training session. 1.2 Payments are non-refundable. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1 To cancel or reschedule a training session, please contact Fitness Alliance International directly at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee and an administration fee of $50. 2.2 Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the session time will forfeit the full session fee. 3. Session Times 3.1 Sessions will start promptly at the designated time. Clients are expected to arrive early, as late arrival may result in a shortened session without adjustment to fees. 3.3 Clients are encouraged to address any questions or concerns during the session to ensure a smooth transition and utilization of the allocated time. 4.
